Dear TEACH Las Vegas School Community,


I am thrilled and honored to extend a warm welcome to each and every member of the TEACH Las Vegas family as your new Executive Director/Principal. It is with great excitement and enthusiasm that I embark on this journey with you, and I am deeply committed to serving our students, families, staff, and stakeholders with dedication, passion, and integrity.


First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the warm reception and support that I have received since joining the TEACH Las Vegas community. Your kindness, enthusiasm, and dedication to our students' success have already made a lasting impression on me, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside such an incredible group of individuals.


As we begin this new chapter together, I want to share my vision for TEACH Las Vegas and outline some of the key priorities that will guide our work moving forward. My overarching goal is to foster a culture of excellence, equity, and innovation where every student has the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential. This means providing high-quality instruction, personalized support, and meaningful opportunities for growth and enrichment for every student, regardless of background or ability.


I also believe strongly in the power of collaboration and partnership, and I am committed to working closely with our teachers, staff, families, and community members to ensure that we are providing the best possible educational experience for our students. Together, we can achieve great things, and I am excited to roll up my sleeves and get to work alongside each of you.


I am here to listen, learn, and lead with humility and compassion, and I welcome your ideas, feedback, and input as we work together to make TEACH Las Vegas the best it can be. I am deeply committed to transparency, communication, and accountability, and I will always strive to keep our lines of communication open and to be accessible and responsive to the needs of our school community.


In closing, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the warm welcome and support that you have extended to me thus far. I am truly honored and humbled to serve as your Executive Director/Principal, and I am looking forward to building meaningful relationships, making a positive impact, and achieving great things together at TEACH Las Vegas.

Vision, Mission, and Goals

TEACH Las Vegas Charter Schools are innovative, dynamic, creative, and educationally enriching institutions of positive-driven learning. We believe that all children can learn when taught well and given an opportunity. By looking consistently at our students and the data of our practices, our teachers and students will grow in their development and to great successes in the 21st century. We promote a relationship centered learning and believe in nurturing students academically, emotionally, and socially.

Our VisionTEACH Las Vegas will reach students of all backgrounds by teaching the entire child which includes the social, physical, emotional, and intellectual needs of the student.  Upon graduation, the knowledge and the experiences acquired at our schools will be effectively applied to their daily life.
Our MissionThe mission of TEACH Las Vegas is to create high quality,  innovative teaching, and learning environment that focuses on literacy; integrating state-of-the-art technologies across the core curriculum to achieve academic proficiency for all students.


To fulfill our mission we will:

  • Challenge students who are unchallenged by traditional teaching applications to attain academic proficiency to grade level and above.
  • Allow each student the freedom to learn by exploring cutting edge technologies and concepts
  • Enable students to become creative, self-motivated, competent college-bound students, and lifelong learners that live responsibly as informed, and productive members of a complex social, economic, and global society.
